Our delivery time spans from 5-7 days after we have received your order. It can occur that delivery takes more than 7 days products that require specific order from supplier.

Shipping Prices:

Cleberson.dk accepts online payment with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, and Mobilepay Online. We do not add any type of transaction fee.

The payment will be withdrawn from your bank account, the moment the product is shipped unless anything else is agreed.

Cleberson.dk uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information and this means that the connection is secure.

You have a 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

If you have purchased multiple items, you can choose to only withdraw part of the delivery.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

Received your item or the person you have chosen has received it. Gain physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

If you have ordered multiple items from us and the items are not delivered simultaneously, your withdrawal period starts from the receipt of the last item in the order.

If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Day, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
